Vauxhall has supplied three Movano vans to well-known map company A-Z Maps, which will be used by its representatives to deliver map products to shops in towns and motorway services around the country.

Two of the Movano heavy-duty vans are L3H2 3500 FWD 2.3CDTi 125PS 6-speed in white with free-of-charge air conditioning, alarm, rear sensors and trip computer pack, and ply-lining inside, while the third is the shorter wheelbase L1H2 in the same spec and colour, and is also able to handle a class-leading payload at 3.5T GVW.

A-Z Maps transport manager Mick Smith commented: “I was looking for a good-value van to replace our outgoing vehicles, and when I looked at the Movano, I was impressed with the low-step rear entrance and the height inside.

“Our reps driving the Movanos say they are comfortable and easy to drive, with good visibility and helpful parking sensors, while the air con and USB/Bluetooth connectivity make long journeys more enjoyable.”

Steve Sheehan, sales executive at Beadles Vauxhall in Maidstone, Kent, which supplied the Movano vans said: “We’re thrilled to have supplied the Movanos to A-Z Maps, with its reps finding the vans so practical for delivering maps around the country.”

Richard Collier, National Commercial Vehicle and B2B Manager at Vauxhall added: “Movano is an incredibly adaptable, affordable and quality heavy-duty van, as proved by the breadth of companies taking them on. It’s great to see A-Z Maps using both L3H2 and L1H2 variants to fulfil their business needs.”
