Sirish Batchu, Head of Infotronics Technology & Advanced Electronics, Mahindra & Mahindra, has been confirmed as a speaker in the connected car track at Automotive Megatrends India 2015.

Batchu is responsible for the exploration and development of relevant new technologies in advance of vehicle programmes which helps in reducing time to market. He is involved in creating the technology strategies for the Automotive and Farm Sectors and acts as a technology evangelist across group companies.

Batchu is leading the Connected Vehicles Program at the group by leveraging cross-company synergies across the Mahindra Group. He is acknowledged in the industry for his thought leadership on leveraging connected vehicle technology for India and is an active evangelist in various forums and conferences. He also the leader of the focus group for connected vehicles under the Auto-SIG of NASSCOM and a member of the CII national committee on Transportation, Connectivity & Mobility.

Automotive Megatrends India is a two-day, multiple-stream conference focusing on commercial vehicles and passenger cars. The panel discussion on day two will cover the key megatrends which look set to shape the country’s car industry over the next ten years and beyond.
