As of April 1st 2015, Olivier Murguet is appointed Senior Vice President, Chairman of Americas Region, in replacement of Denis Barbier.
Olivier Murguet becomes a member of Renault Management Committee and reports to Jérôme Stoll, Chief Competitive Officer & Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing.

As of April 1st 2015, Denis Barbier is appointed Senior Vice President, Deputy to Executive Vice President, Quality & Total Customer Satisfaction.
He is member of the Renault Management Committee and reports to Christian Vandenhende, EVP, Quality & Total Customer Satisfaction.

Born in March, 7th, 1966, Olivier Murguet graduated from “École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris”. He joined Renault in 1990 at Renault Portuguesa Control Division and held afterwards several management positions in Market Area France. In 1996, he was named Sales Director of Renault do Brasil, and in 2001 he became Sales Director of Market Area France.
He was named General Director of Renault Poland in 2004, and in 2008, General Director of Renault Mexico.
In 2010 he was named Commercial Director of Americas Region. Since 2012, he is General Director of Renault Group in Brazil and Chief Executive Officer of Renault do Brasil.

Born in April 10th, 1959, Denis Barbier graduated from “École Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Belfort” and from “École supérieure du Soudage et de ses applications”. He joined Renault in 1984 at the Bodywork Methods Department and went on, from 1989 to 1995, to hold several plant positions at the Flins and Douai sites in France. In 1998, he joined the Russia project in Moscow as Industrial Director of Avtoframos. From 1999 to 2005, he was Director of the Flins plant.
He was named Director of Industrial Performance in mid-2005 and on April 1, 2008 was appointed Vice President, Manufacturing Assembly Plants. He became Senior Vice President, Chairman of Americas Region and member of the Renault Management Committee (CDR) on November 2009.
