PSA Peugeot Citroën: A new Managing Board led by Philippe Varin

The Supervisory Board of Peugeot S.A. met on Tuesday, 12 March 2013 to name a new Managing Board for PSA Peugeot Citroën. Effective from 2 April, the Managing Board will have four members instead of six previously:

  • Philippe Varin, Chairman
  • Jean-Baptiste de Chatillon, Executive Vice President, Finance
  • Grégoire Olivier, Executive Vice-President, Asia
  •  Jean-Christophe Quémard, Executive Vice President, Programmes.

The Supervisory Board expressed its sincere thanks to Frédéric Saint Geours for his contribution to the Managing Board since June 2009. He will continue to give the Group the benefit of his expertise in the capacity of special advisor to the Chairman of the Managing Board.   The Supervisory Board also warmly thanked Guillaume Faury for his contribution to the Managing Board since June 2009 and wished him every success in his new position outside the Group.
