Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) has announced closed loop order processing for national fleet customers who utilize their Pinnacle Truck Parts e-commerce platform.

Closed loop order processing, which is an electronic purchase-to-payment (P2P) system integrated with the fleet’s shop floor management system (SFMS), offers fully automated purchase-to-payment functionality. Through this system, the parts purchasing process is streamlined as invoices are issued and payments are dispersed automatically via Pinnacle Fleet Solutions, DTNA’s Fleet Parts Program. Closed loop order processing provides customers with:
