Changan Automobile Group held its annual supplier conference last December. Comau China attended this grand ceremony in Chengdu and was awarded “Excellent Supplier Award” in acknowledgement of Comau’s contribution for its strategic engine project (H series, EA series, etc.). As the top level award in this conference, Comau China was also rewarded with a CHANGAN car besides the crystal cup.
Since it settled in China, Comau is dedicated to supply the Chinese automobile industry with advanced automobile manufacturing technology. Comau has started cooperating with Changan group in 2002; this cooperation includes Body Welding lines, Metal Cutting, Robotics and Process Engineering. More than 100 Comau Urane machine centers are installed in Changan.
