Assuming office at the latest on January 1, 2017
HELLA’s Shareholder’s Committee has appointed Bernard Schäferbarthold (45), currently Chief Financial Officer of Nordex SE, as the new Managing Director for Finance and Controlling. He succeeds Dr. Wolfgang Ollig, who will leave the company at his own request on July 1, 2016, in order to face up new challenges.

After working as an auditor and tax consultant for the accounting company Warth & Klein Mr. Schäferbarthold moved to Nordex in 2005, where he was appointed as CFO in 2007.
