With Volkswagen's US troubles mounting, the OEM is bringing in new leadership. Michael Horn, a VW veteran who has served as President and Chief Executive of Volkswagen Group of America since January 2014, is leaving immediately. Hinrich Woebcken, recently appointed as the new Head of the North American Region and Chairman of Volkswagen Group of America, will take over in the interim.
