In the first four months of this year, Volvo Cars' worldwide sales remained flat at 145,845 units, just 0.3% more than the 145,432 units sold in the corresponding four-month period in 2014. While sales continued to grow in Western Europe in general, other major markets such as the US and China remained stagnant.
