Toyota joins list of OEMs expanding Russian facilities

The volatility in the Russian automotive market, caused by a combination of factors such as the slowdown in the country's economy, the weakening rouble, the crisis with the Ukraine and the resulting sanctions, has resulted in declining automotive production in the country.
