The market for mild hybrid vehicles could soon be enormous as OEMs look to meet tougher CO2 targets. That’s according to a report by Navigant Research, which suggests global sales of 48-volt (48v) systems will reach nine million in 2025.
As a result, several suppliers are looking to bring new products to market that could see them take advantage of the trend.
