BYD has internally reduced its 2025 sales target from 5.5 million to 4.6 million vehicles, a 16% cut as China's largest automaker confronts its slowest growth in five years. According to Reuters, the revised target was communicated to suppliers in August following multiple internal downgrades over the last few months.
