Renault draws strength from diversified footprint

Renault's efforts towards greater product and regional diversification made solid headway in 2015, better positioning the OEM to weather turbulence ahead. The OEM wrapped up the 12-month period with a 10.4% rise in revenue to €45.327bn (US$50.68bn) and a 1.2 percentage point jump in operating profit margin to 5.1%. Global volumes rose 3.3% year-on-year.
