As promised, General Motors unveiled its next-generation Chevrolet Camaro on 16 May to a crowd of more than 1,000 fans at Detroit’s Belle Isle. Enthusiasm was riding high as events kicked off with a caravan of more than 350 Camaros around the Chevrolet Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix course. The sixth-generation of the iconic model will go head to head with the likes of Ford's Mustang, turning up the heat in the US muscle car segment.
