Mahle and Delphi – it’s getting hot in here

Mahle recently signed a definitive agreement to acquire the thermal business of US supplier Delphi Automotive. The deal will be finalised in the autumn of 2015, and may be followed by expansion announcements as Mahle looks to confirm a joint venture (JV) with Delphi Thermal in China.
