Israel shows mobility sector how to nurture new talent

Plenty of mobility innovation is coming out of the 'start-up nation', but not much is deploying there. Megan Lampinen takes a closer look at the situation

Israel has established itself as a hot bed of entrepreneurial activity around intelligent mobility and cyber security. The country has produced a long list of trailblazing start-ups like Mobileye, Waze, Gett and Drive.ai, all of which have gone on to make global waves in the automotive industry. The book Start-up Nation, published in 2009, explored the wider environmental factors that fostered such innovation over the years. Active nurturing of new talent remains a key focus in the country today.
