US authorities will soon release a report that will mark the start of a review process for MY2022-2025 light-duty vehicle mileage targets. Called the ‘Draft Technical Assessment Report (TAR),’ the document will be jointly issued by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the California Air Resources Board (CARB).
