COMMENT: Forget emissions, ELDs will shape N American trucking

FMCSA has finally published its proposal that will mandate Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) to be fitted on North American interstate commercial trucks and buses. This proposal now goes through a 60 day comment process, after which FMCSA will work on a final ruling. Once that is published, fleets will have two years to implement that which it instructs.
