Vehicle connectivity will only deliver benefits as good as the infrastructure it’s built on, but questions around which technology will form the basis of vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication remain unanswered. What’s become increasingly clear is that connected vehicle projects will tie in with the wider ambitions of major cities worldwide to make life for citizens greener, safer and less of a chore.
