Japan: Mazda’s global production rises 5.3% in August

Mazda has reported global vehicle production of 99,072 units in August, a year-on-year gain of 5.3%, although domestic production alone was down 2.9% at 66,454, the overall gain being driven by a 27.4% jump in overseas output to 32,618 units.
