US: ATA truck tonnage index eases 1.1% in April

The American Trucking Associations' advanced seasonally adjusted For-Hire Truck Tonnage Index decreased 1.1% in April after increasing 0.6% in March, a figure that was revised upwards from the previous preliminary estimate of 0.2%.
