Sources familiar with the developments say Carlyle Group is among the final bidders for automotive components manufacturer TI Automotive.
Bloomberg, citing the four unnamed people, said TI Automotive will pick the winning bidder in two to four weeks' time. The company is reportedly looking to close the sale this year.
