The Illinois Supreme Court has reversed a previous ruling that awarded US$43m in damages to a crash victim, reports Bloomberg. The 2005 court trial made the award to Dora Jablonski, who was severely burned and whose husband was killed when their 1993 Lincoln Town Car was struck in the rear.
