Responding to show gossip at the 2011 IAA suggesting that BorgWarner was interested in acquiring ElringKlinger, the German supplier's chief executive officer Stefan Wolf has reiterated that key family shareholders have pledged not to sell their holdings.
Wolf was reported to have told Reuters that families of Klaus and Walter Herwath
