MIRA, the Nuneaton, Warwickshire-based advanced engineering, research and testing facility, has announced it has been awarded Enterprise Zone status. The locations of 11 new Enterprise Zones, designed to boost local growth and create over 30,000 new jobs by 2015, were announced by the UK government on 17 August.
