BMW has announced that it will acquire ING Car Lease for €637m (US$904m) through its multi-brand fleet management division Alphabet. ING Car Lease is a division of the Dutch company ING Groep N.V. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2011, subject to regulatory approvals.
