New Albany, Ohio-based commercial vehicle components manufacturer Commercial Vehicle Group has acquired substantially all of the assets of Bostrom Seating, a unit of Accuride.
The total cash consideration for this transaction is around US$8.8m. Bostrom owns one manufacturing facility in Piedmont, Alabama, which employs around 135 people, and an engineering office
