Fuel Systems Solutions, a designer, manufacturer and supplier of alternative fuel components and systems, has completed the acquisition of EvoTek LLC for a total value of US$7m. EvoTek is a North American alternative fuel automotive systems developer. Fuel Systems will integrate this company into its IMPCO US automotive division.
