Renault has announced at the IAA Commercial Vehicles 2010 event in Hanover, Germany that the Kangoo Express Z.E., which will join the company's light commercial vehicle range in mid-2011, will, depending on European country, be priced between €15,000 (US$19,705) excluding VAT (including a tax incentive subsidy of €5,000) and €20,000
