A union of 16 Chinese state-owned enterprises will be formally established later in August to promote the development of globally competitive electric vehicle (EV) brands in China, according to a report by the Peoples’ Daily Online which cites the Guangzhou Daily.
The purpose of the union is to unify and consolidate
