ZF has confirmed it is investing US$350m in a new transmission plant in South Carolina that will create 900 jobs beginning in 2012. The facility, to be located in the Owings Industrial Park in Laurens County, will supply fuel-efficient transmissions for passenger cars and light trucks. Local reports have indicated
