Westport Innovations has acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of Italian company OMVL SpA and OMVL’s 51% share of Juniper Engines for €19m (US$23.8m). Westport expects to pay €11.4m on closing and €7.6m on the third anniversary of the closing date. The transaction is expected to close on 2 July
