PSA Peugeot Citroen has announced plans to build a new ‘core range’ model for emerging markets at its Vigo plant in Spain. The model will initially be marketed in the Mediterranean Basin, the Middle East and Africa. PSA plans to offer both Peugeot and Citroen versions.
