Chrysler filed an official complaint with the US Bankruptcy Court in New York on 23 April regarding Colorado’s automotive dealer law, reports Associated Press. The OEM has objected that the law conflicts with previous court orders and impairs existing contracts, violating the US and Colorado constitutions.
