Germany: Bosch makes management board changes

Bosch has announced that Stefan Asenkerschbaumer and Wolf-Henning Scheider have been appointed to the supplier's board of management as from 1 July 2010. Asenkerschbaumer will succeed Gerhard Kummel, who is retiring, as head of finance and controlling.
