Chevrolet is joining a hybrid/electric vehicle demonstration programme in the US. The GM unit will deliver more than 100 units of its upcoming Volt extended-range hybrid to 10 utilities across the country. The vehicles will be used to learn more about vehicle charging and charging station installation.
