Sweden: Volvo Car extends Haldex contract

Volvo Car has extended its contract with automotive components manufacturer Haldex. Under the contract, Haldex will supply Volvo Car its fifth-generation all-wheel drive (AWD) coupling. Haldex's AWD technology will replace the current fourth-generation product in the OEM's current and future platforms, the supplier said. The new order commences in 2012.
