The US Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) have published the long-awaited proposed rule for ‘Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Fuel Efficiency Standards for Medium- and Heavy-Duty Engines and Vehicles - Phase 2’.
