Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) announces it plans to hire* 2,275 people (including Toyota Technical Skills Academy enrollees and mid-career hires) in the fiscal year beginning April 1, 2015.

TMC plans to continue promoting diversity by recruiting female employees for administrative and engineering positions, and by establishing a scholarship fund for female students in science-related fields. The fund will encourage female students to study science-related subjects and consider applying for science-related jobs upon graduation.
In addition, to promote sustainable growth by hiring highly skilled personnel, TMC is actively looking to offer permanent positions to promising fixed-term technical employees.
