The new PEUGEOT 208, launched at the end of August in Argentina, has much to celebrate. It has just established its leadership in the compact sedan segment for the third consecutive month.
As an echo to this sales performance, it was awarded the title of “Car of the Year 2020” in the “Regional Production” category on 2 December by journalists who are members of the PIA (“Periodistas de la Industria Automotriz”[1]). This is the 21st award received by the new PEUGEOT 208 in the world and the first in Argentina.
