Built using the most advanced technical solutions, NEXT family trucks meet highest modern standards of ergonomics, reliability and safety. Vehicle development, selection of design options were made based on thorough surveying of customers’ response and making use of engineering resources of world’s leading suppliers of systems and components.

GAZelle NEXT offers an extended warranty: 3 years or 150,000 km. Service interval has been increased to 20,000 km. Average time of a regular maintenance visit is shortened to 3 hours due to reduced number of service operations and simple maintenance on individual systems and assemblies. Thanks to the new engineering solutions there are 23% more components and modules that are fully maintenance-free throughout the operating lifecycle.

Start of GAZelle NEXT sales was preceded by thorough preparation of GAZ’ distribution and service network for sales and maintenance of the new vehicle. As early as September 2012 dealerships and service centers personnel started receiving training in design specifics and maintenance of GAZelle NEXT. Representatives of more than 100 businesses were trained and certified by GAZ Training Center in Nizhny Novgorod. All distribution and service outlets were provided with new equipment, operating and technical documentation. Required buffer stocks of service parts and consumables were formed.

GAZ Group has developed for its customers maximally helpful and beneficial support programs for all phases of vehicle ownership. In partnership with major banks and leasing companies GAZ is offering a broad selection of leasing, credit and insurance products that meet customers’ most versatile requirements. The offering includes programs with minimized down payment, minimized regular payment, minimal overpayment, short application review and maximized financing maturity. Fleet customers are offered Signature Service Contracts with fixed service costs over 1 to 4 years. Those willing to purchase a GAZelle next can also benefit by trading-in their old vehicle at a GAZ dealership on most favorable terms.
