Maxion Wheels, a division of Iochpe-Maxion S.A., the leading global supplier of wheels for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, agriculture, off-road, forklift and military vehicles has received a “2013 World Excellence Award” from Ford Motor Company.
The award recognizes the top 10 percent of qualifying suppliers who excelled in quality, cost and delivery.Ford presents the awards to recognize those suppliers “who have demonstrated excellence despite the unforeseen challenges that have happened over the past year”.
Maxion Wheels was one of only 47 suppliers to receive the excellence award in 2013 and the sole wheel supplier to be honored.
