All cars of LADA Largus family got more high power LADA engine with volume 1,6 l in October 2017.
The 16-valve 1,6 l LADA engine generates 106 hp that is more by 4 hp compared to the previous engine. Besides it speeds up better: it has 148 Nm of torque. Together with the improvement of technical characteristics, LADA Largus became more economical in maintenance due to the availability of Normal gasoline (Ai-92) usage.
LADA Largus with LADA engine is equipped with modified Renault manual transmission, which has been developed specially for a new engine. The ratio of 3rd, 4th and 5th gears was modified. The new powertrain allows to obtain dynamic drive with less rpm, increased sound comfort and decreased fuel consumption. An upgraded gearbox is installed in all models of the Largus family with 16-valve engines.
The price of LADA Largus remains the same: the SUV price begins from 620 400 rubles, the van – from 594 800 rubles and the version LADA Largus Cross – from 674 900 rubles.
Just a reminder: 16-valve LADA engine is installed in different LADA, including XRAY and Vesta families. The unique feature of this engine is the adjustable volume of intake module, providing enough engine power in the full rpm range, and decreasing the fuel consumption and noise level.
