Jean-Marc Finot, Head of Research and Advanced Engineering, PSA Peugeot Citroën has been confirmed as a speaker in the Powertrain stream at Automotive World’s Megatrends Europe ’13, which takes place on 13 November 2013. 

Jean-Marc Finot first joined PSA Peugeot Citroën in 1986 as Suspension Systems Development Engineer on the Peugeot 205, 309, 605 and 106.

A graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers, Jean-Marc Finot has been Vice President, Research and Advanced Engineering at PSA Peugeot Citroën since 1 November 2012.

He is responsible for developing the Group’s portfolio of new technologies for powertrains and future vehicles.

He then served for four years as Chassis Development Manager for the Peugeot 406, before being appointed head of Peugeot Suspension Development in 1996 and then head of the PSA Drivetrains and Suspensions Group in 1998.

From 2000 to 2005, Mr Finot was in charge of Vehicle Dynamics Studies and from 2005 to 2012, he was Vice President, Chassis Engineering and Vehicle Dynamics.

Organised by Automotive World, Automotive World Megatrends Europe ’13 is a three-stream, four-session conference. Jean-Marc Finot will be speaking in Section 4: Alternative Technology.
