Today, INFINITI announced senior management changes to support further sales growth while focusing on the customer experience. The changes are effective immediately:
Eugene Litvinov, currently CMM, INFINITI USA, is named Director, Strategic Projects in INFINITI USA reporting to Randy Parker. In this new role, Eugene will focus on initiatives to drive increases in sales growth and retailer profitability.
Bob Welby, currently Director, Sales Operations, INFINITI USA, is named Director, CMM INFINITI USA, replacing Eugene. Bob will continue to report to Claudia Marquez, Senior Director, INFINITI Sales Operations.
Jon Finkel, currently Director, Global INFINITI Client Experience, is named Director, INFINITI Sales Operations, replacing Bob. Jon will report to Claudia and be based in Franklin, Tennessee.
Matt Wilson, currently Sr. Manager, INFINITI Client Experience, is promoted to Director, Global INFINITI Client Experience, replacing Jon. Matt will report regionally to Claudia and globally to Jeff Pope, Senior Director, INFINITI Global Sales Operations.
