Infiniti has announced major changes within its EMEA Sales Operations and Network Development team, all effective from June 1st, 2016.

Stéphane Chauville has been appointed Sales Operations Director Infiniti EMEA. In his new position, he will lead, manage, plan and control sales activities of Infiniti EMEA. He will report directly to François Goupil de Bouillé, Vice President of Europe, Middle East and South Africa. He will be based in Rolle, Switzerland.

In his last position, Stéphane Chauville acted as Managing Director for Nissan Belgium & Luxembourg. Before that, he worked as a Sales General Manager for Nissan Central & Eastern Europe. He brings along a wealth of experience that he was able to gather from various leading sales and marketing positions at different automotive brands, in different countries.

Stéphane Chauville emphasized: “I am excited to join Infiniti at a crucial time when the Q30 Premium Active Compact is being launched across the EMEA region and attracting new private and corporate customers wherever it hits the markets. I am looking forward to continuing developing our sales with more new models like the QX30 Crossover and the Q60 Sports Coupe arriving at our showrooms later this year.

Stéphane Chauville is replacing Hugues Fabre who will be joining Nissan Europe as Corporate Sales General Manager. Hugues Fabre had joined the company in 2012 as Marketing Director in Hong Kong. During his assignment at Infiniti, Fabre succeeded to significantly drive sales and expand the business.

Olivier Marion will join Infiniti EMEA as new Corporate Sales General Manager reporting to Stéphane Chauville. In his new role, he will be responsible for planning and implementing sales strategies that ensure business continuity, managing and leading all business-to-business sales as well as defining core fleet and used cars strategies. Olivier Marion will be based in Montigny-le-Bretonneux, France.

Before joining the premium brand, Olivier Marion was Corporate Sales General Manager in Nissan Motor Company, where he had started his career as International Fleet Sales Manager in 2013.

Olivier Marion has a large fleet and used car experience, thanks to several field and headquarter-based positions. In his last role, he contributed to delivering record fleet market shares for Nissan Europe. Besides, he also played a vital role in international leasing and key accounts performance at Nissan Europe and Infiniti EMEA.

Ulrich Thum will be joining the Infiniti EMEA headquarters in Rolle as new Network Development General Manager.

His mission will be to set up, implement and further develop the network strategy of Infiniti in EMEA. He will mainly be responsible for the maximization of dealer performance as well as the enhancement of network coverage across all markets. Thum will report directly to François Goupil de Bouillé.

He brings with him more than 30 years of experience with several premium automotive brands and an electric vehicle manufacturer.

Ulrich Thum will be replacing Nicolas Tschann, who will take up his new assignment as Director Infiniti Global Lifecycle Management, based at Infiniti Global Headquarters in Hong-Kong.
