Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) today filed its preliminary Proxy Statement, and announced the date for the company’s Annual Meeting.
- Ford’s Annual Meeting will be conducted on Thursday, May 12 in Wilmington, Delaware beginning at 8:30 a.m. EDT
- Ford’s Proxy Statement contains four company and two shareholder proposals, and summarizes the compensation for this year’s Named Executive Officers
- Ford will begin mailing its Proxy Statement and Annual Report to shareholders on April 1; shareholders electing to receive proxy materials electronically will contribute to making the world better
Ford offers registered shareholders the opportunity to receive proxy materials electronically by registering online with www.eTree.com/Ford. For each registered shareholder who signs up for electronic delivery of proxy materials, a tree will be planted on that person’s behalf.
