Mr. Esko Harila (M.Sc. Engineering) has been appointed CFO for Valmet Automotive Group. Harila has previously held various executive management positions in Rautaruukki Oyj and Fortaco.
Mr. Harila possesses extensive experience in finance and administrative tasks within engineering, manufacturing and construction industries. In Rautaruukki, he has held positions of Business Controller and VP, Finance and Control. In Fortaco Group, manufacturing partner for engineering industry, he has worked as Interim CEO and moves to Valmet Automotive from the position of Fortaco’s CFO.
Esko Harila will take up the position at Valmet Automotive on August 11, 2014. The current CFO, Mr. Olli-Pekka Vanhanen will start at another employer as of August 1, 2014. Esko Harila will be a member of the Valmet Automotive Management Board and reports to President Ilpo Korhonen.
