The UK car market is up more than 10% so far this year compared to 2013 levels, and the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) recently lifted its full-year forecast. It now expects the light vehicle market to end the year up 8.1% from last year. Production is rising as well, and expected to continue to grow. The problem now isn't so much shifting the cars, as attracting the necessary personnel to support market growth.
