According to a new study, customers are not satisfied with run-flat tyres due to ride and wear issues

Customers that use run-flat tyres on their cars are less satisfied than those using non-run-flat tyres, according to the latest J.D. Power 2015 US Original Equipment Tyre Customer Satisfaction Study.
